Product Description

This machine which adopts new craft is the non-standard special equipment for producing the compound gasket with serrated face and metal camprofile gasket. It is used specially for producing the nook and convex corner of the compound gasket with serrated face and metal camprofile gasket. In the past, we just install some accessories to the ordinary lathe to produce above gaskets. This old method costs both time and materials and the utilization of the materials is very low. When we produce the gaskets with larger diameter, only the large vertical lathe we can use for producing them. In addition, producing process with ordinary lathe is very difficult and the cost is very high. Our machine can reduce the producing cost of the compound gasket with serrated face and metal camprofile gasket.
